So now there are 2 systems: Exocrine System and Endocrine System
Exocrine System contains glands which are with Duct and produces a chemical substance called Hormones that regulate certain specific bodily functions.
The same but the difference in Duct and Ductless.
Now what is the difference between Duct and Ductless?
Ductless Glands releases its Hormones directly into the blood stream.
But Duct Glands involve special Ducts.

- Hypothalamus: GnRH (Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone).
- Anterior Pituitary: FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) and LH (Luteinizing Hormone).
- Thyroid: Thyroxine and Triiodothyronine
- Parathyroid: Parathyroid Hormone.
- Adrenal: Adrenaline.
- Pancreas: Insulin.
- Ovaries: Oestrogen and Progesterone.
- Testes: Testosterone.
- Pineal Gland: Melatonin.
- Thymus: Thymopoietin and Thymulin.
